The DILHPS faculty comprises 40 professors  and 13 lecturers. In its composition, the faculty fully mirrors the Department peculiarity and the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach it follows in the education activities. At the same time, it promotes and favours research following a similar design. Ph.D. students and researchers with a post-Ph.D. grant are fully involved in its activities, on the basis of their specific field of research. The Department regularly welcomes visiting scholars from different national and international universities and research institutions Finally, the Department fully avails of the competences of its technical and administrative staff.
